Domestic Shipping 

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within Canada & the United States. Shipments all come with a tracking number and will require a signature upon delivery. 

International Shipping 

Free shipping on select international countries. For most places you'll receive free shipping unless international regulations require customs tax, then that fee will be included during checkout onto your shipping fee. 

No PO BOX deliveries

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Adarâ Andersen does not ship orders to post office boxes. 

Shipping Times

Please allow 7 to 19 days for the hard working craftsmen & craftswomen to handcraft your item. After this period we will inspect your item for quality, then ship out your item. All orders come with a tracking number. Please expect anywhere from 14 days to 40 days for the delivery of your item. Custom orders might take longer depending on the scale and detail of the item. 

Possible Delays

During COVID customs in select international countries have been slower at processing orders. Please be patient as we work with our couriers to expedite your shipment. 

Items that are out of stock might take longer to ship due to inventory issues, rest assured we're working quickly to get your order to you. 

During holiday seasons orders might take longer as we're rushing to process and manufacture more than the usual amount of items. 

Please expect longer lead times for custom orders or high collection items. These items take much longer to produce but the wait is definitely worth it!
