RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy for regular moissanite, synthetic gemstones, engagement rings, and in stock jewelry. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your jewelry must arrive to us unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Engraved items, lab diamonds, high collection items, and custom made to order items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded. Misused jewelry or jewelry altered by a third-party jeweller are not eligible for return.

Domestic Returns (Complimentary Return Shipping)

Adarâ Andersen offers free domestic shipping and returns within Canada. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@adaraandersen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on the return process. 

International Returns 

At the time being Adarâ Andersen is unable to provide international return shipping. Please use a trusted courier, as Adarâ Andersen is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit coming back to us for a return. It is always best to insure your returning shipments. Your shipping fee is non-refundable.

Please reach out to support@adaraandersen.com for return instructions, as all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization and return reason.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products which were made specifically for a customer or products on final sale. All Lab-Diamonds, Natural Earth Diamonds, and Gemstones, and High Collection items are custom made to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Please note there will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items. You will be responsible for sending the item back to us with a tracking number. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of items being received.


The jewellery item will go through Quality Control prior to the exchange or return being processed. We cannot process exchanges or returns on items that have been customised, worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse exchanging or returning any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements according to our sole discretion.

Resizing

In case your engagement ring or wedding band isn't the perfect fit, we offer one complimentary resize up to two full size up or down. You'll be responsible for mailing in your item.
