Feeling inspired? If you love our jewelry and have a dream piece in mind or you just want to make some changes to an existing piece, then please get in touch. Whether it’s a birthday gift, an engagement ring or wedding band, we can work with you to design and make something truly special.

Once the final design is approved, we will provide you with the estimated time of completion and arrange payment of a 100% deposit. The balance is to be paid before your bespoke piece is started. We will keep you well informed with updates every step of the way. 

There is often a wait list for custom pieces so please leave plenty of time when ordering.
Canceling an order results in a 20% cancellation fee, if your custom order is part way through completion there will be no cancellation. Please contact our support staff to inquire about canceling an order.

Most of our jewelry are made to order. Please expect 7 to 19 day lead times and an additional week for shipping. For complex custom orders the wait times might be a little longer. If you have any further questions please contact us with the form above.

Tracking numbers will be sent to your email once the item leaves our studio.

We ship internationally to select countries. To see if your country is on our list please select the country dropdown menu during the checkout process. If your country isn't on our list we can try to accommodate your order with a custom shipment. Send us an email and we'll help you out.
